Serang, SelebrityNews.id. – Ditreskrimsus Polda Banten melaksanakan Press Confrence ungkap kasus penyalahgunaan LPG bersubsidi, bertempat di Ruang Aula Serbaguna Polda Banten pada Rabu (13/12).

Kegiatan ini dipimpin oleh Kapolda Banten Irjen Pol Abdul Karim didampingi Wakapolda Banten Brigjen Pol H. M. Sabilul Alif, Dirreskrimsus Polda Banten Kombes Pol Dedi Supriyadi, Kabid Humas Polda Banten Kombes Pol Didik Hariyanto beserta sejumlah Pejabat Utama Polda Banten.

Turut hadir dalam kegiatan ini PJ Gubernur Banten Al Muktabar, Direktur Rekayasa & Rekayasa Darat PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Eduward Adolof Kawi, EGM PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jawa Bagian Barat Deny Djukardi, Region Manager Retail Sales PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jawa Bagian Barat Fanda Chrismianto, Sales Area Manager Retail Banten Sindhu Priyo Windoko dan para tamu undangan lainnya.

Tim Subdit IV Tipiter Ditreskrimsus Polda Banten mengungkap jaringan penyuntikan LPG bersubsidi di wilayah Tangerang dan sekitarnya. Dalam pengungkapan itu, Polda Banten menangkap 8 orang tersangka.

Dari para tersangka Polda Banten mengamankan barang bukti berupa 11 Kendaraan Bermotor Pick Up-Mobil Pick Up, 4 Unit Kendaraan Bermotor Truck-Truk Colt Diesel, 1 Kendaraan Bermotor Sepeda Motor-sepeda motor Viar, 2.638 tabung LPG 3 Kg, 587 tabung LPG 12 Kg, 74 tabung LPG 50 Kg, 237 Pcs Selang Regulator, 100 Pcs alat transfer gas (tombak besi), 4 GANCU dan 5 Timbangan Elektronik

Pada kesempatannya Kapolda Banten Irjen Pol Abdul Karim mengatakan bahwa pengungkapan kasus ini bermula dari pengembangan kasus serupa yang terjadi di Kabupaten Lebak pada September 2023 lalu.

Dalam pengembangan tersebut, Polda Banten menemukan indikasi adanya jaringan penyuntikan gas subsidi yang beroperasi di wilayah Tangerang. “Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan, kami berhasil menangkap 8 orang tersangka berinisial TJ (56), HR (40), SD (24), AG (50), DM (32), RZ (20), KR (38), dan RZ (29),” ujar Kapolda Banten saat Press Conference.

Modus operandi para tersangka adalah dengan mengumpulkan tabung gas subsidi 3 Kg dari berbagai wilayah, kemudian menyuntikkan gas tersebut ke tabung gas nonsubsidi 12 Kg dan 50 Kg. “Setiap tabung gas subsidi 3 Kg bisa disuntikkan ke 1 tabung gas nonsubsidi 12 Kg, dan 16 tabung gas subsidi 3 Kg bisa disuntikkan ke 1 tabung gas nonsubsidi 50 Kg,” ujarnya.

Kapolda Banten mengatakan para tersangka telah melakukan aksinya sejak kurang lebih 2 tahun. Dalam kurun waktu tersebut, para tersangka telah meraup keuntungan sebesar Rp1,05 Miliar per hari. “Sedangkan akibat perbuatan tersebut negara mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp1.141.770.000 per hari sementara pelaku sudah beroperasi selama 2 tahun,” ujarnya.

Pada saat ini penyidik masih melakukan pengejaran terhadap 15 pelaku lainnya diantaranya SR, BD, RY dan BD sebagai Koordinator, FJ dan FZ sebagai mandor lapangan, BH, JL, AZ, DT, WR, IP, EM, HD sebagai operator suntik gas, serta AN sebagai pengawas lapangan.

Atas perbuatannya para tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 55 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Pasal 40 angka 9 Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja menjadi Undang-undang junto Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke 1e KUHPidana. Dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara paling lama 6 tahun atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp 60 Miliar.(Bidhumas)
