Mengadakan acara deklarasi dan orasi politik menjelang pendaftaran sebagai Paslon Cabup dan Cawagub Pilkada Jepara 27 November 2024 di KPU Jepara, Kamis, (29/8/2024) di Posko Pemenangan dengan akronim Mawar “Mas Wiwit Hajar”.

Witiarso Utomo atau biasa disapa Mas Wiwit dalam orasi politiknya memaparkan tentang arti tagline Mulus yaitu: Makmur, Unggul, Lestari, dan Religius.
“Makmur masyarakat Jepara, masyarakat Jepara yang unggul SDMnya, pembangunan yang mengedepankan kelestarian alam, menjaga pelestarian budaya dan kesenian, serta masyarakat dengan pondasi religius sebagai pondasi keimanan dan akidah yang kuat untuk membangun Jepara lebih maju,” paparnya.

Sementara M. Ibnu Hajar akrab disapa Gus Hajar yang merupakan anak dari K.H. Ahmad Marzuqi, S.E. mantan Bupati Jepara menegaskan bahwa,” Adanya dukungan dari santri dibelakang Mas Wiwit, saya pastikan kalau Mas Wiwit menjadi Bupati Jepara Mas Wiwit akan amanah dan bermanfaat buat masyarakat Kabupaten Jepara,” tegas Gus Hajar.

Tampak hadir, Paslon Mas Wiwit dan Gus Hajar, K.H. Ahmad Marzuqi, S.E., KH Hayatun Abdullah Hadziq atau Gus Yatun, Al-Habib Syarief bin Ahmad Al-Hamid, Suharjito, keluarga besar Paslon, para Ketua Parpol pengusung, jajaran pengurus, kader Parpol, tim pemenangan dan tim relawan, keluarga besar Paslon, Toga, Tomas, serta simpatisan dari berbagai wilayah di Kabupaten Jepara.

Di Posko Pemenangan berlangsung penyampaian sambutan oleh 7 (tujuh) Ketua Parpol pengusung yaitu: H. Masykuri Ketua DPC PPP, Andang Wahyu Triyanto Ketua DPC PDIP, Arizal Wahyu Hidayat Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra, H. Akhmad Faozi, Ketua DPD Partai Golkar Jepara, M. Latifun Ketua DPC Partai Demokrat, Bendot Widoyo Ketua DPD PKS, dan Ketua Bambang Harsono Ketua DPD PAN Kabupaten Jepara serta dari Ketua DPK PRIMA Jepara, Muhammad Mustavit dan Ketua Exco Partai Buruh Kabupaten Jepara Angga Wijaya.

Usai orasi politik, rombongan berangkat dari Posko Pemenangan di Jl. KH. Wahid Hasyim, Jepara menuju ke kantor KPU Jepara untuk mendaftarkan sebagai Paslon secara resmi. Keberangkatan Paslon diiringi dan dilaksanakan secara serentak bersama rombongan Tim Mawar “Mas Wiwit Hajar” dan Parpol pengusung yang tergabung dalam Koalisi Jepara Maju.

Selain itu, hadir para Ketua Parpol pengusung, jajaran pengurus, kader Parpol, tim pemenangan dan tim relawan, keluarga besar Paslon, Toga, Tomas, serta simpatisan dari berbagai wilayah di Kabupaten Jepara.

Massa pengantar beriringan mengawal Paslon berjalan kaki dari Posko Pemenangan untuk menaiki andong atau kereta berkuda berhias janur kuning, dan ada juga rombongan harley-davidson serta iringan musik dari mobil komando milik Partai Buruh serta ratusan mobil dan motor dari pengiring.
Acara ini diramaikan oleh perwakilan relawan dari BMW atau Bolone Mas Wiwit yang saat ini diketuai oleh Jati Puji Atmoko alias Mas Momok, KW1 atau “Kancane Witiarso”, Witirama, Volunteers W, ROMAWI, DEWO, Sedulur Mas Wiwit, STAR “Sedulur Witiarso”, RKW, RSW, dan SKW.
Saat berada di KPU Jepara, Paslon Mas Wiwit dan Gus Hajar diterima langsung oleh Ketua KPU Kabupaten Jepara Ris Andy Kusuma dan Komisioner KPU lainnya dan KPU Jepara resmi menerima pendaftaran oleh Paslon Mas Wiwit dan Gus Hajar sebagai Calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati di Pilkada Jepara tanggal 27 November 2024.
