Korban Erni Laoli, Gadis 9 Tahun

NIAS SELATAN | SELEBRITYNEWS.ID Sungguh kejam, seorang pria diduga merampok seorang wanita dan memukulinya dan mengalami luka berat/menganga di kepalanya, akhirnya telah diamankan oleh Polsek Lolowau kabupaten Nias Selatan, Sumatera Utara, saat dikonfirmasi dengan Kasat Reskrim AKP Freddy Siagian, S.H., Minggu (03/09/2023).

Menurut informasi yang diperoleh dari Kasat Reskrim Nias Selatan AKP Freddy Siagian, S.H., melalui via WhatsApp (03/09/2023), membenarkan bahwa diduga Pelaku bernama Yoramo Halawa (P/29) warga desa Hiliadulo kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe dan telah diamankan oleh Polsek Lolowau sekira Pukul 18.00 WIB di rumahnya di desa Hiliadulo kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe, Jum’at sore kemarin (01/09/2023).

“Benar, terduga pelaku sudah ditangkap dari rumahnya di desa Hiliadulo sekira Pukul 18.00 WIB, Jumat 01/09/2023 dan kemudian untuk sementara ditahan di Polsek Lolowau,” jawab Freddy Siagian.

Tambah Kasat, bahwa korban penganiyaan bernama Libena Gulo (P/47) warga desa Umbuasi Barat kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe yang ditemukan di kebun milik warga di desa Hiliweto kecamatan Onohazumba sekira pukul 14.00 WIB di hari yang sama saat kejadian, sambungnya.

“Sementara, seorang anak kecil yang bernama Erni Laoli (P/9), telah selamat dari Pelaku, dan telah terlantar selama 2 hari 1 malam di hutan, kemudian ditemukan sekira Pukul 10.00 WIB, Sabtu (02/09/2023),” terang Freddy Siagian.

Kronologis kejadian yang didapatkan dari Kasat Reskrim Freddy Siagian, menjelaskan bahwa “kejadiannya pada hari Jum’at, tanggal 01/09/2023 sekira pukul 09.00 WIB, korban (Libena Gulo bersama EL) menjual Kapulaga di pekan desa Hiliweto kecamatan Onohazumba bersama dengan keponakannya berinisial EL, dan sekira pukul 13.00 WIB korban berjalan pulang melewati jalan setapak di perkebunan karet yang berada di desa Hiliweto kecamatan Onohazumba bersama dengan Keponakannya,” jelasnya.

“Kemudian dengan tiba-tiba dari arah belakang pelaku memukul korban dengan menggunakan kayu pada kepala bagian atas, serta melakukan pemukulan berulang-ulang pada wajah korban, selanjutnya korban pura-pura meninggal dunia (mati), akhirnya pelaku membawa keponakan korban berinisial EL ke dalam perkebunan karet,” tambahnya.

“Setelah itu, Korban lari menyelamatkan diri dengan kondisi luka, dan bertemu dengan istri Ketua BPD Hiliadulo bernama Kamaulina Ginting di rumahnya dan kemudian saksi Kamaulina Ginting menghubungi suaminya Ketua BPD bernama Ama Nehemia Halawa, dan kemudian Ama Nehemia Halawa menghubungi Kapolsek Lolowa’u dan melaporkan kejadian tersebut,” sambungnya.

Menurut informasi yang diperoleh awak media, korban menyampaikan bahwa Pelaku telah berhasil mengambil sebuah tas miliknya yang berisi uang senilai Rp 400.000,- dari hasil penjualan Kapulaga.

“Pasal yang disangkakan kepada terduga pelaku adalah pasal 365 KUHP Juncto pasal 80 Undangan-Undang Perlindungan Anak,” tutup Freddy Siagian. (Harpendik Waruwu)
