Forum Pers Independent Indonesia (FPII) Setwil Sulsel kecam terkait itimidasi wartawan yang dilakukan oleh Satpam Rumah Sakit SILOAM Makassar.

“Securty atas nama ” Hendra” mengintimidasi dan memerintahkan menghapus video Wartawan Timurnews.com saat meliput peristiwa Pasutri yang lehernya terlilit kabel optik Milik Aikon Plus anak Perusahaan dari PLN di Jalan Tanjung Merdeka tepatnya didepan Mall Trans 7,pada Rabu, 18 Oktober 2023 sekira pukul 11.00 WITA.

Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh, Awal kejadiannya, ketika awak media mengambil gambar video sewaktu korban di turunkan dari mobil guna mendapatkan perawatan di rumah sakit tersebut,.

“Ironisnya, Satpam RS Siloam Makassar mendesak dan memaksa wartawan untuk hapus itu vidio (gambar) yang di rekam wartawan, dan melarang wartawan untuk ambil gambar disini, katanya RS Siloam punya Undang Undang.

“Oknum securty berteriak kalau kau wartawan darimana, mana ID CARD mu, sini saya periksa,” ujar Hendra (Security) dengan wajah yang sinis dan arogan kepada awak media.

Bukan itu saja oknum security tersebut mendorong wartawan dan menyuruh membaca tulisan aturan rumah sakit tersebut yang diambil dari dalam ruangan rumah sakit membawanya keluar, “coba baca itu,” tambahnya dengan penuh intimidasi kepada wartawan.

“Pak, saya ini ambil gambar diruang publik, bukan mengambil gambar didalam ruang rumah sakit, kalau didalam ruang rumah sakit ya, tentu saya tahu juga aturan internal rumah sakit bapak,” ujar wartawan.

Untuk menghindari kekerasan fisik dari Security terpaksa video hasil liputan media ini langsung dihapus”,

“Santai maki Pak jangan mi main paksa begini”, saya hapus ji ujar media.

Dari pengakuan Hendra (Security) ke awak media , sudah banyak video Wartawan yang meliput diareal terbuka rumah sakit tersebut disuruh hapus,

“Sudah banyak mi wartawan yang ambil gambar disini saya suruh hapus,” nda sembarang disini ambil gambar karena ini rumah sakit internasional,” ucap Hendra dengan bahasa arogan.

Dari peristiwa tersebut gambar video hasil liputan media ini terhapus, yang tersisa hanya gambar di TKP kecelakaan tersebut.

Berdasarkan UU kebebasan PERS No. 40 Tahun 1999, pasal 4, Kemerdekaan Pers dijamin sebagai hak asasi warga negara.

Terhadap pers nasional tidak dikenakan penyensoran, pembrendelan atau pelarangan penyiaran.

Untuk menjamin kemerdekaan Pers, pers nasional mempunyai hak mencari, memperoleh,dan menyebarluaskan gagasan dan informasi.

Pasal 1 ayat (8) Penyensoran adalah penghapusan secara paksa sebahagian atau seluruh materi informasi yang akan diterbitkan atau disiarkan, atau tindakan teguran atau peringatan yang bersifat mengancam dari pihak manapun, dan atau kewajiban melapor, serta memperoleh izin dari pihak berwajib, dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan jurnalistik.

“Dengan demikian” seseorang yang dengan sengaja menghambat dan menghalangi tugas wartawan otomatis melanggar ketentuan pasal tersebut dapat diancam pidana penjara paling lama 2 tahun atau denda paling banyak 500 juta rupiah.

Kini korban telah melaporkan kejadian tersebut di Mapolrestabes Kota Makassar dengan laporan informasi nomor:LI/77/X/2023/Reskrim, Tanggal 19 Oktober 2023.

Menindak hal tersebut, Ketua FPII Setwil Sulsel Risal Bakri angkat bicara dan mendesak Kapolda Sulsel untuk menindak lanjuti laporan terkait intimidasi terhadap wartawan, dan yang paling mengerikan satpam ini memaksa untuk menghapus Vidio atau rekaman tersebut.

Ini merupakan pelanggaran dan menginjak-injak UU Pers No 40 Tahun 1999.

Lanjut Risal Bakri, menegaskan ke pihak Polda Sulsel dan Kapolrestabes Makassar untuk menindak tegas satpam RS Siloam Makassar, FPII tegaskan tidak ada ruang bagi siapapun yang ingin menghalangi wartawan saat melakukan peliputan, Wartawan Ke lapangan itu di bekali Indentitas saat bertugas.

Di tegaskan Risal Bakri bahwa Ia berharap dalam waktu 3x 24 Jam, Pelaku intimidasi terhadap wartawan sudah melalui proses hukum, dan mendesak untuk di proses, pasalnya perilaku Satpam RS Siloam Makassar, sudah melanggar UU Pers No. 40 tahun 1999, tegas Risal Bakri.

Lanjut Risal Bakri mengatakan bahwa pelaku Satpam RS Siloam Makassar itu, bukan saja melanggar UU Pers, tapi juga merupakan Kriminal, dan patut di Diposes secara hukum, tegas Risal Bakri.

Di tegaskan oleh Risal Bakri, Melarang, Menghambat dan Menghalangi Wartawan adalah merupakan pelanggaran dan bisa di pidana, tegas Risal Bakri.

Lanjut Risal Bakri mengatakan perilaku Satpam ini tidak menggambarkan jati dirinya sebagai pamong, kalau perlu Ia meminta pihak RS Siloam untuk mempertimbangkan kinerja security tersebut.

Disampaikan Risal Bakri bahwa ketika wartawan melakukan Peliputan sesuai SOP dan memiliki Kartu ID Card saat peliputan, Jangan Takut, FPII Garda terdepan Membela Insan Pers..!
FPII akan membantu insan Pers yang mendapat intimidasi maupun kriminalisasi.

Dan wartawan dilindungi juga undang-undang 40 tahun 99 tentang Pers,”pungkas Risal Bakri.
