Jakarta, 19 Oktober 2023 — PT Prasetia Dwidharma bekerja sama dengan JCI Femme mengadakan Live Webinar on Lark dengan Judul “Maximizing Productivity in the Digital Age – Strategies for Succesful Transformation with Lark”, Kamis (19/10) dengan opening speech dari Ana Agustine, Vice President JCI Femme. Beberapa narasumber juga dihadirkan di acara ini, yaitu Shah Reza Effendi, General Sales Manager dari Prasetia Dwidharma; Gabriella Sirait, Senior Legal Counsel dari Atome Financial; dan moderator Fathia R. Putri, Business Development Specialist dari Prasetia Dwidharma.

Reza menjelaskan beberapa fitur Lark yang telah membantu beberapa perusahaan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi, mengatasi tantangan operasional di masa pandemic dan juga masa pasca pandemic, memperluas operasi, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasi dan kolaborasi.

“Lark telah membawa berbagai tim ke dalam satu platform terpadu, komunikasi yang lebih baik antara frontliner dan back office. Tidak hanya itu, dengan adanya salah satu fitur Lark Approval membuat proses Approval lebih mudah karena karyawan tidak perlu datang ke kantor cukup melalu Lark,” jelasnya.

Selain itu, Reza juga menjelaskan beberapa fitur yang tersedia di fitur seperti Lark Base Automation Workflow, Lark Minute, Lark OKR.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Gabriella menceritakan pengalaman sebelum dan setelah menggunakan Lark untuk produktivitas.

“Sebelum menggunakan Lark, saya mengalami beberapa kendala untuk mengelola pekerjaan saya dengan efisien. Namun sejak saya menggunakan Lark, Lark sangat membantu khususnya karena Lark memberikan unifikasi terhadap beberapa fitur utama yang selama ini saya gunakan untuk bekerja yaitu fitur untuk chat, meeting, email, dan documents storage,” katanya.

Selain itu Gabriella mengungkapkan, “Sebelumnya perusahaannya menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi yang berbeda untuk setiap fitur tersebut – sehingga dengan tersedianya Lark saat ini, this has been a valuable addition to my productivity toolkit.”

Menurutnya, karyawan dapat bekerja dengan sangat efektif dan efisien tidak terlepas dari peran serta tools yang mereka gunakan saat bekerja.

“Ketika saya mendapat kesempatan untuk menggunakan Lark, saya sangat bersemangat untuk mempelajari cara penggunaannya,” menurutnya.

Dalam webinar yang diikuti sekitar 50 peserta ini, Gabriella melanjutkan tantangan dalam transformasi sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan Lark.

“Menurut saya, sama halnya dengan penggunaan aplikasi lainnya secara umum, hanya butuh sedikit penyesuaian dan pembiasaan saja. Beruntung kita sudah mengalami banyak fase perubahan teknologi dan platform, sehingga sebetulnya saat ini untuk beralih dari suatu working tool app ke yang lainnya, seharusnya tidak menjadi masalah. Hanya perlu digunakan sesering mungkin agar semakin terbiasa,” lanjutnya.

Ada fitur-fitur favorit yang disukai, chat dan meeting menjadi pilihan wanita yang berambut panjang ini.“Selain fitur untuk keperluan HR, fitur chat dan meeting juga merupakan fitur favorit saya. Keduanya terintegrasi, sehingga sangat mudah untuk saya mengatur meeting dengan stakeholders terkait.” ungkapnya.

Tlidak hanya itu, fungsi Workplace menurutnya sangat menunjang produktivitas karena beberapa hal yang bersifat administrative dan sebelumnya membutuhkan bantuan dari manpower khusus, kini dapat diatasi dengan fitur Workplace dalam Lark. Terlebih dengan fitur OKR yang sangat istimewa dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan.“

Fitur yang satu ini menurut saya benar-benar mempermudah secara sangat signifikan dibandingkan dengan aplikasi terpisah sebelumnya yang pernah saya gunakan untuk submission dan assessment OKR,” ungkapnya.
