Kerjasama ini merupakan brand-brand dari Reckitt yang akan memanfaatkan teknologi AnyMind Group dan layanan DDI

DDI akan memberikan layanan kepada Dettol (Tokopedia) dan Durex (Tokopedia dan Lazada) seperti operasional toko, layanan pelanggan, manajemen inventaris, dan pembayaran di muka untuk promosi. Hal ini semakin ditingkatkan melalui teknologi milik AnyMind Group, khususnya platform manajemen e-commerce AnyX untuk merampingkan operasi dan analisis toko.
