Jakarta, selebritynews.id (19 Juni 2024)– Penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan dan Luar Biasa (RUPST & LB) tahun buku 2023 PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk dengan kode saham “BEER” berjalan dengan baik.

PT. Jojubu Jarum Minahasa atau Jojubu bergerak di bidang industri minuman beralkohol. Berbasis di Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
Jojubu juga dikenal sebagai produsen minuman beralkohol legendaris khas Sulawesi Utara yaitu Cap Tikus 1978.

PT Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk mengumumkan kenaikan penjualan sebesar 20.18% dari Rp 74.96 milyard di tahun 2022 menjadi Rp 90.09 milyard di tahun 2023 (termasuk pita cukai). Hal ini disertai kenaikan pendapatan bersih (laba bersih setelah pajak) sebesar 16.05%, dari Rp 14.058 milyard di tahun 2022 menjadi Rp 16.32 milyard di tahun 2023.

Audy Lieke selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan menyampaikan “Kenaikan pendapatan ini merupakan hasil dari 5 pilar platform yang telah diterapkan perusahan. Lima platform ini merupakan competitive advantage BEER”.

Platform pertama ialah BEER memiliki izin produksi minuman beralkohol Full Spectrum terbesar. BEER memiliki izin untuk memproduksi alkohol lengkap Golongan A (0-5%), Golongan B (5.01-20%) dan Golongan C (20.01-55%). Izin produksi yang dimiliki oleh BEER ialah 90 juta liter per tahun, sedangkan BEER baru memproduksi 1 juta liter. Ini berarti BEER masih bisa bertumbuh 50x lipat lebih besar.

Platform kedua ialah BEER kita memiliki Road-to-Market atau chanel distribusi yang mencapai hampir seluruh Indonesia, yaitu di 33 Provinsi BEER mempunyai 38 Distributor dan melayani 20.000 outlet retail.

Platform ketiga ialah BEER memiliki lebih dari 200 Izin untuk bisa melakukan distribusi di 33 Provinsi.

Platfrom keempat ialah BEER miliki teknologi Alco Master. Alco Master merupakan telovologi inovatif untuk membuat produk-produk Perseroanfresh dan smooth, sesuai cita rasa masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam tiga bulan terakhir, BEER telah meluncurkan produk baru yaitu Darbak Soju Stroberi. Sesuai yang disampaikan dalam Publik Eksposure, dalam enam bulan ke depan, BEER juga akan melahirkan beberapa produk baru.

Platform kelima ialah BEER memiliki tim yang berpengalaman. Tim imti BEER merupakan manajemen tim yang berpengalaman dalam melakukan rapid company growth dan berpengalaman dalam industri yang relevan.
