Toboali,Bangka Selatan Sebanyak lebih dari 10 alat berat jenis Hitachi diduga disimpan di lokasi terpencil di Desa Gadung jalan masuk nya dari desa Rindik Tambang lewat 10,toboali Kabupaten Bangka Selatan,sebagai upaya untuk menghindari penindakan dari Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) RI.

Alat-alat berat ini diduga milikTomi/Atom,Buyung seorang pengusaha yang cukup dikenal di wilayah Koba diduga benang merah nya ke Big Bos Aon,Yang saat ini perkaranya sedang berjalan di kejagung RI

Sumber terpercaya menyebutkan bahwa alat berat tersebut dipindahkan ke Desa Gadung jalan masuk nya dari desa Rindik lewat Tambang 10 toboali bangka selatan,diamankan di lokasi pol Atung/lahan milik Atung,untuk menghidar dari jangkauan aparat penegak hukum yang tengah gencar melakukan operasi terhadap kegiatan pertambangan ilegal.Lokasi tersebut dipilih karena jaraknya yang cukup jauh dari pemukiman warga dan pengawasan aparat penegak hukum (APH),sehingga diharapkan dapat lolos dari perhatian pihak berwenang.

Menurut informasi yang beredar,alat-alat berat tersebut sebelumnya digunakan dalam aktivitas pertambangan di beberapa area Kabupaten Bangka Tengah.Diduga dengan adanya Razia tambang timah berikut alat berat Diduga disimpan untuk menghindari Dari Kejagung Ri hingga alat berat tersebut Di pindah kan ke Bangka Selatan. Namun,dengan adanya tekanan dari pihak Kejagung tegas aktivitas pertambangan ilegal,alat-alat berat lebih dari 10 buah ini,kemudian di pindakan ke lokasi yang lebih aman didesa Gadung jalan masuk nya dari Desa Rindik lewat Tambang 10 Toboali kab.Bangka selatan.

Hingga saat ini,belum ada keterangan resmi dari pihak berwenang terkait kepemilikan alat berat tersebut maupun langkah-langkah yang akan diambil Tomi/Atom juga belum memberikan pernyataan terkait dugaan kepemilikan alat berat yang disimpan di Gadung jalan masuk nya dari Desa Rindik Tambang 10.toboali kab.
