Banjarbaru – Saya gak sepenuhnya mengerti apa kesalahan Lisa Halaby sehingga dia dirisak begitu rupa di media-media. Apa yang dilakukannya, atau mungkin dilakukan timnya, adalah hal biasa yang dilakukan politisi lainnya dalam Pilkada.

Agar tidak jatuh kepada histeria massa dan penghakiman berlebihan, mari kita lihat satu persatu proses yang mengantarkan Lisa Halaby ke kursi politik tertinggi di Banjarbaru.

Pertama, Lisa Halaby memborong partai. So what? Itu adalah hal yang normal dalam ril politik kita. Semua politisi yang memiliki sumberdaya yang besar cenderung melakukannya. Lisa bukan politisi pertama dalam hal ini.

Kedua, Lisa Halaby menggelontorkan dana besar dalam kampanye. Ya, saya gak perlu mengatakan apapun tentang ini. Tanyalah politisi yang Anda kenal dan minta pengakuannya tentang berapa cost politik yang normal dalam Pilkada. Pandangannya mungkin akan mengejutkan Anda.

Ketiga, Lisa Halaby berusaha menggagalkan pencalonan Aditya. Bagaimana dan melalui cara apa dia bisa melakukannya? Apakah dia mengikat pesaingnya di kursi dan mengurungnya sampai selesai Pilkada?

Tidak. Apa yang dilakukannya juga hal yang konstitusional: mengadukan bahwa petahana Aditya melakukan pelanggaran seperti yang tertuang dalam pasal 71 UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemilihan kepala daerah.

Melaporkan pelanggaran atau dugaan pelanggaran yang dilakukan pesaing adalah hal yang lazim dilakukan politisi. Sebelumnya, Aditya juga melaporkan pelanggaran administrasi pemilu yang dilakukan Wartono, wakil dari Lisa Halaby.

Dalam hal ini, apa yang membedakan Lisa Halaby dengan politisi lainnya: tidak ada. Bedanya mungkin hanyalah Lisa dan timnya berhasil, dan politisi lainnya yang berusaha melakukan hal serupa, gagal.

Apakah hal ini kesalahan Lisa Halaby. Mungkin. Tapi tidak sepenuhnya. Jika KPU dan Bawaslu tidak menyetujuinya, laporan Lisa seperti banyak laporan politisi lainnya, ditolak atau dikembalikan karena “tidak cukup bukti untuk dilanjutkan.”

Nyatanya laporannya diterima. Aditya terbukti melakukan pelanggaran. Semua unsur-unsurnya terpenuhi. Dan karena itu dia didiskualifikasi.

Karena itu, saya tidak mengerti mengapa kadar hujatan yang dilemparkan ke Lisa lebih banyak dari apa yang seharusnya diterima oleh KPU dan Bawaslu. Dalam logika saya, jika ada yang seharusnya disalahkan tentunya adalah penyelenggara pemilu, atau bahkan mungkin Aditya sendiri. Jika Aditya tidak melakukan pelanggaran yang fatal itu, tentu dia tidak akan didiskualifikasi dan Pilkada kita akan baik-baik saja.

Sekali lagi, terlalu naif jika seorang politisi berpikir bahwa politisi pesaingnya tidak akan melakukan segala cara untuk memenangkan pemilu. Sifat politik memang sedemikian rupa sehingga hampir dirancang untuk menjadi tidak etis.

Di Pilkada sebelumnya, jika Anda ingat, Aditya bahkan membatalkan pencalonannya sendiri dengan alasan pandemi, secara tak langsung menggagalkan prospek pencalonan wakilnya kala itu, Iwansyah–dan kemudian ternyata kembali maju dengan calon yang lain. Itu tentu merugikan bagi Iwansyah, tapi tidak ada yang bicara etika saat itu.

Orang menyebutnya hal semacam itu adalah dinamika politik, mengapa kali ini harus berbeda? Banyak juga yang menyebut Lisa adalah perusak demokrasi di Banjarbaru. Saya hanya tertawa: Anda tak bisa merusak barang yang tidak ada.

Mungkin, tapi hanya mungkin, Lisa Halaby digugat publik karena dia dianggap tidak layak memimpin Banjarbaru. Seorang teman mengatakan bahwa dia bahkan tidak layak mengepalai sekelompok rukun tetangga.

Saya tak paham. Sekali lagi asumsi itu atas dasar apa? Sejarah politik kita penuh dengan kisah para pendatang yang diremehkan dan kemudian berhasil mengambil hati para pembencinya, hanya karena dia berhasil bekerja dengan baik. Aditya mungkin salah satunya.

Jadi, mari adil dengan Lisa. Bahwa dia naik ke tampuk kepemimpinan dengan proses tidak normal: iya. Tapi bahwa dia tidak akan memimpin lebih baik dari Aditya Mufti Ariffin–belum tentu.

Time will tell.
